• Skin friendly silicone gel adhesive keeps pad in place 
• Care: Place shoulder pads with adhesive side up in the palm of your hand, Lather a drop or two of moisturizer free soap in on the adhesive and gentle scrub. Avoid scratching with your fingernails when washing. Rinse thoroughly with running water and shake remaining droplets off, let air dry with adhesive facing down.
